Teleflex has signed an agreement to acquire Nordisk Aviation Products, a company engaged in developing, supplying and servicing containers and pallets for air cargo.

Teleflex expects the agreement to strengthen and expand its air cargo equipment capabilities. The transaction is likely to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2007.
